Joe has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is dedicated to helping people reduce anxiety and sleep better

A qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist, Joe is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). He is a complementary therapist with a charity in Belfast, giving massage treatments to people affected by trauma.
